Returns Policy

Overview

You can return goods within 7 days of delivery, providing they are in original condition and were not altered or cut in any way. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled and in their original packaging. Goods not returned in their original box, or returned in a box which has been damaged/defaced, will be subject to a £5.00 fee.

If you wish to exchange or return the goods please obtain Authorisation Code by completing Product Return form.
If shoes are returned for exchange, the replacement pair/s will be sent out at an additional charge to cover the postage and packaging and will be charged to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on final clearance items as they are often sold below the cost price.

For goods being returned from outside of the UK, all packages and documentation must be clearly marked as ‘RETURNED GOODS’. Goods which are not marked correctly may be subject to a customs fee which you will be required to pay. Shipping/handling charges cannot be refunded, except in the case of faulty manufacturing.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
