Delivery Information

To ensure you get the best possible deal shipping is charged according to weight and/or urgency of your order. When ordering you will be asked to choose your preferred shipping method.

Generally all orders under 2kg are shipped by Recorded Air Mail, orders over 2kg will be split into separate packages. If you prefer faster delivery please choose Global Priority when ordering.

Whichever method you prefer the price will be clearly displayed before your purchase is complete.

As an example the International Recorded Air Mail postage for a pair of Ladies Shoes is typically between £12-£17 depending on destination.

We will normally send your order to you in 3-4 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days for Recorded Air Mail and 3-4 days for Global Priority.
You must inform us within two working days of receipt if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
